General Shipping Policy
We've made our shipping and handling prices and policy as fair as possible, so you benefit from our Every Day Low Prices plus the convenience of delivery to your door.
For your convenience, we offer three shipping options: USPS, UPS and Free ground shipping (to the lower 48 only) on most orders over $199. For heavy or oversize items, we also offer freight shipping. If you ordered two or more items, you may receive them in multiple boxes on different days, because of varying item availability and shipping locations. If a item is backordered on a *free shipping* order the merchandise will be held until all items are ready for shipment.
Free Shipping Terms and Conditions
Offer valid only on eligible items. This promotion applies to orders which total $199 or more worth of merchandise (Not including sales tax, Georgia residents only ). Free standard ground shipping orders must be shipped to a single valid address in the US, excluding Alaska and Hawaii. Merchandise not included in this promotion will be subject to normal shipping charges. Multiple orders must be shipped to the same address. This offer can not be combined with any other promotional offer nor is this offer valid on previous purchases. Free shipping only applies to orders to be shipped to a valid address in the United States, excluding Alaska and Hawaii. Smaller orders may be shipped USPS Priority Mail at our choice. Offer is not available for shipments to APO/FPO addresses Customer is responsible for all shipping costs for returned merchandise. Offer is valid only while supplies last. This promotion may be terminated or modified at any time without notice. This is a limited time offer. Accordingly, we cannot ship by air some orders that contain FAA-restricted products.
Restricted items typically fall into one of two categories:
Aerosol products in pressurized spray cans
Products that contain flammable, volatile or corrosive chemicals
When you place an order, we may fulfill the items in your order at different times and from different vendors. This means that your order may arrive in separate boxes and at separate times. You will receive a confirmation email for each item that ships to you, and the email will also list the items that have previously shipped and items that are still waiting to be shipped.
Types of Order Confirmations
Shortly after placing your order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your order. You will receive a second email with tracking numbers when your order has shipped. (You may receive more than one shipment confirmation email if your order is fulfilled in multiple shipments.) Please save these email invoices for your records.
Where can my order be shipped?
Within the U.S. and major U.S. protectorates: We ship most items to all states, including Alaska and Hawaii.We also ship to Canada
Can I order at cartpartsplus.com and pick up at your warehouse?
Yes, you can with most stocked items.
International shipping: We're sorry, at this time we will only ship to Canada and Puerto Rico outside the United States.
To find the shipping cost for an item, simply place the item in your cart. Our shipping costs for most items are based on each item's size, weight, shipping method and delivery address. Shipping and handling cost estimates that appear in the cart are calculated with our lowest-cost shipping method and assume all items in the cart are going to one address. The actual shipping cost may be higher if a different shipping method or multiple addresses are selected and will be shown during checkout.
Heavy, Oversize, or special Items
Some heavy or large items, which are identified as oversize during checkout, have special shipping and handling costs. You can find the total shipping cost for your order after you add your items to your shopping cart.
Please note: Oversize items cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. protectorates and territories, or PO Box addresses.
The shipping times in the following chart apply to merchandise shipped within the continental United States. You can use this chart to help determine the total delivery time for your order. Please refer to the information below the chart to calculate total delivery times.

To estimate your order's arrival date, add the longest availability time of an item in your order to the delivery method ship time (Standard: 3 to 7 business days, Priority: 2 to 3 business days, Express: 1 business day). "Availability" is shown on the item page. You will be able to see the exact delivery window for your item during checkout.
For example: If you bought a dozen of leather work gloves that takes 1 to 2 business days to process before shipping and had it sent by Standard shipping (3 to 7 business days), the gloves would arrive in 4 to 8 business days. Another example: If you bought an oversize or customized item, such as a chemical storage cabinet that takes 1 to 2 business days to process before shipping and is sent by freight carrier (7 to 14 business days), the set would arrive in 8 to 16 business days.
Shipping to a different address?
To protect the security of your credit card and help expedite your order, if your order is shipping to an address that is not the same as the billing address on your credit card, you may be asked to list the alternate address with your credit card company. Doing this in advance will speed up the processing of your order. To place an alternate address on file with your credit card, simply call the 800 number on the back of your credit card and ask the agent to add the address to the notes on your account.

To Return an Item
We guarantee our products 100% and we want you to be happy. Within 30 days if theres a problem with any unused item Just call our Customer Service Representative at (229) 861-2640 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will issue a RMA # so the product can be sent back for return and credit issued to the original payment method, a store credit for the cost of the item,or exchange for another item. Returns made to items that are not damaged or defective will be charged a 20% Restocking charge. Shipping charges and sales tax will not be refunded. RETURNS OF USED PARTS, OR PARTS NOT IN THERE ORIGINAL PACKAGING WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. RETURNS AFTER 30 DAYS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. RETURNS ON ELECTRICAL PARTS & SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
