The engine kit is the total package. We have matched a great engine with a high performance Comet drive cluch suppling power to a new wider drive belt which is turning a new Comet driven clutch. Everything is matched together for super out of the box performance. Right down to the 2 into 1 header. It is a direct bolt in kit for Club Car Made so the DIY cart owner can do the job himself and not have to worry about "will this fit" or "will this clutch work" all the testing has been done and works flawlessly The power increase from the stock engine to this engine is unbelevable. At close to triple the stock horsepower, Low power is no longer a problem. Exhaust volume is about 50% louder than stock. And the V-Twin has a sound all its own. * Due to the counter clockwise rotation of this motor, Shifter operation will be reversed in the 97 and up kits. This results in additional torque gain from a slightly lower gear ratio. If top speed is priority, High speed gears may also be added.
